The Innovation Fund is the signature program of The Workers Lab, providing innovators with a chance to compete for grant money. Specifically, the Fund seeks ideas for products, services or programs to improve workers’ lives. We had the ambitious goal of doubling the number of applicants over the previous year, with the theme of “Coming Back Stronger.” I oversaw creative and implementation of a successful campaign of emails, paid and organic social, and PR.
